WHY TenderPro8?

A different approach, using a revolutionary, patented method of protein preservation.

The TenderPro8 process not only gives the meat strip a tender and moist texture but greatly improves the yield (55% for jerky vs. 80% for TenderPro8 strips) and it takes 25% less energy to produce. 


On the formula side, the TenderPro8 process adds a heat and freeze-thaw stable emulsion which allows you to adjust the texture. So if you use really tough, lean meat other than top rounds, TenderPro8 can make it tender and moist.  The emulsion also contains an FDA declared, "heart healthy" oil (high oleic sunflower oil---92% unsaturated).
